Alpha Cleaning Services recently completed a detailed post construction cleaning project for a commercial office facility in Hoffman Estates. After renovation and construction work was completed, our team was brought in to perform a thorough final cleaning and prepare the office for daily business operations.
Construction projects often leave behind large amounts of dust, debris, and residue on surfaces throughout the building. Our crew performed a complete top-to-bottom cleaning of offices, conference rooms, common areas, restrooms, and employee breakrooms to ensure the facility was clean, safe, and move-in ready.

The flooring throughout the office required multiple rounds of vacuuming and damp mopping to fully remove construction residue and leave the floors clean and presentable. Interior glass, partitions, and entry doors were also cleaned in detail to remove fingerprints, dust, and smudges left behind during construction.
In the restroom and breakroom areas, sinks, fixtures, countertops, and surfaces were sanitized and polished to prepare the space for employees and visitors. Remaining construction debris was removed, and final detail cleaning was completed throughout the facility.
