Alpha Cleaning Services recently completed a comprehensive deep cleaning project for a commercial office in Schaumburg, IL — delivering a thorough top-to-bottom refresh that transformed the workspace and created a cleaner, healthier, and more professional environment for employees and visitors.
Schaumburg is one of the most active commercial communities in the Chicago northwest suburbs — home to a diverse mix of corporate offices, professional service firms, medical practices, technology companies, and retail businesses. Maintaining a clean, well-presented facility is an important part of daily operations for businesses here that serve clients and employees throughout the region.
About the Project
Deep cleaning goes significantly beyond routine janitorial maintenance. Where regular cleaning maintains day-to-day cleanliness, a deep clean addresses the accumulated buildup, dust, and grime that develops over time in areas that standard cleaning doesn’t fully reach. For this Schaumburg office our team performed a comprehensive cleaning covering every area of the facility — windows, blinds, carpets, and all surfaces throughout.
Scope of Work
Window Cleaning
All interior windows and glass surfaces throughout the office were cleaned to a clear, streak-free finish. Windows accumulate dust, smudges, fingerprints, and film over time that standard cleaning doesn’t address — clean windows immediately brighten the entire space and create a noticeably more professional appearance throughout the office.
Blind Cleaning
All window blinds throughout the facility were carefully cleaned — one of the most commonly overlooked surfaces in any office environment. Blinds accumulate significant dust and allergens on every slat over time. Left unaddressed they become a constant source of dust redistribution every time they are opened, closed, or moved. Our team cleaned each blind thoroughly, removing built-up dust and restoring a clean, fresh appearance throughout.
Carpet Vacuuming
All carpeted areas throughout the office were thoroughly vacuumed — including edges, corners, under furniture, and along baseboards where dust and debris concentrate and are frequently missed during routine cleaning. A thorough vacuuming during a deep clean goes significantly beyond the quick passes of a regular maintenance clean, addressing the embedded particles that accumulate in carpet fibers over time.
Surface Wiping and Disinfecting
All surfaces throughout the office were carefully wiped down and disinfected — desks, workstations, shelving units, filing cabinets, conference room furniture, windowsills, baseboards, and all horizontal surfaces where dust and grime accumulate. High-touch surfaces including door handles, light switches, and shared equipment were disinfected thoroughly. Cabinet fronts, drawer handles, and door frames were all addressed in detail.
Breakroom and Restroom Cleaning
The breakroom and restrooms received thorough deep cleaning — countertops, appliance exteriors, sinks, fixtures, and all surfaces were scrubbed and sanitized to a standard that goes well beyond routine maintenance.
By the time our team completed the project the Schaumburg office was genuinely transformed — windows sparkling, blinds dust-free, carpets fresh, and every surface clean and polished throughout. Employees returned to a workspace that felt completely refreshed and ready for business.
